Legal Council for Health Justice stands unwavering.

For many, the outcome of the election brings uncertainty, fear, and concern for the future. But in moments like these, Legal Council for Health Justice stands unwavering.

Our organization was built for times like these. Founded in response to the enormous personal and social challenges of the early HIV epidemic, we have always been driven by a deep and enduring commitment to equity, dignity, and justice. Through times of upheaval and adversity, we have remained a steady force for change, ensuring that no human being is left behind.

As we face the challenges ahead, we know that our work is more important than ever. The political landscape may shift, but our mission remains constant. We will continue to fight for the rights of those who have been historically marginalized or silenced—especially members of the LGBTQ community, people of color, queer young people, trans and gender non-conforming folks, and immigrants who have been targeted and threatened through the bitter election cycle.

Our work is rooted in justice, and we will never waver in our commitment to the communities we serve.

We will continue to advocate for comprehensive healthcare access, support individuals navigating complex legal systems, and protect the rights of those who are often overlooked or targeted. Our team is committed to pushing back against policies that threaten health justice, while also fighting for new policies that create lasting, meaningful change.

No matter the challenge or setback, we will stay the course—because we were founded to confront these moments head-on, and we will continue our work until justice is realized for all.

Together, we will make a difference.

Thank you for standing with us.
