Sofia Herron Geller (she/her) joined Legal Council as a Children’s Health Advocate/Avodah Fellow in September 2023. She supports the CMLPC team, in particular with their Under the Rainbow partnership. Originally from San Francisco, California, Sofia recently graduated with a BA in Environmental Policy and in History from Oberlin College. She has previously worked with community organizations such as the International Red Cross, Citizens’ Climate Lobby, and Horizons National. Her background in community outreach and well-being, especially for children and youth, have led her to the Legal Council, and she is excited to learn more. In her free time, Sofia enjoys biking along the lake and live music.
