Liesl Pereira serves as the Senior Director of Development, overseeing the fundraising efforts at Legal Council for Health Justice. With over ten years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, Liesl has a deep background in individual giving, event revenue, and in working with nonprofit boards. She joined Legal Council team in 2022, and has previously worked with the ACLU of Illinois, Illinois Humanities, and Music of the Baroque. She also serves as the Board President at 2nd Story, a storytelling organization that believes that well-crafted, well-told stories can be a catalyst for change.
