Caroline Creed, Homeless Advocacy Specialist
Originally from Cleveland, Caroline recently graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in linguistics and minors in French and speech & hearing science. Her previous experience includes sociolinguistic research, facilitating group therapy for adults with aphasia, a legal internship at a county court, and teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Caroline is spending her Avodah Fellowship year supporting Legal Council's homeless legal team in securing income through federal disability programs for those who are homeless and are living with severe mental illness. She is excited to expand her knowledge of public benefits, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and many more important topics.
